KIGALI, RWANDA — On Wednesday, September 2, 2026, UAIT Vice Chancellor Dr Chang Ki Lee joined Pastor Ryu Cheol-bae of Bobaeun Church and the pastor's wife for a visit to UAIT's second campus in Bugesera. The visit brought together campus development, practical farming, generosity, prayer, and fellowship with the wider UAIT family.
At the Bugesera property, the visitors were welcomed by Eric, a member of the UAIT community who lives at and looks after the university's plot. They toured the land and were impressed by Eric's commitment to raising goats and caring for the campus property.

Small Beginnings with a Powerful Vision
The goat farming project represents a practical beginning for the Bugesera campus. Through Eric's daily care, the land is becoming a place where stewardship, agriculture, and the university's long-term vision can grow together.

After returning from Bugesera, the Vice Chancellor, Pastor Ryu, and his wife spent the evening with UAIT faculty and staff members and their families. Around a shared dinner table, colleagues and guests had time to talk, give thanks, and deepen their relationships.
